To get your profile on the directory:

• Go to the TM Directory to sign up for an account.
• Click on the 'Register for an account' button.
• Complete the form and check 'List your profile in the Search Directory'
• Review the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy and Consent Forms, check the consent buttons and select 'I Agree' to complete the registration.
• Complete the Consultant or Site profile form and email it to telemedicineprofiles@otn.ca

Once you have completed the registration, an OTN team member will contact you within two business days to help you to customize your profile.

The OTN Telemedicine Directory

The Telemedicine Directory (TM Directory), a place for telemedicine coordination and collaboration. The TM Directory is the easiest way for OTN referrers, telemedicine coordinators and consultants to find the people and places using telemedicine.

This site is for healthcare providers only. If you are a patient, please see the "Patients and Families" section of the website to learn more about telemedicine.

Please register for an account to get a username and password for the Telemedicine Directory.
