How to refer a patient?

Referring your patient to specialty care through OTN is similar to making any other referral and you can do this today!

• Identify a consultant you'd like to refer to and confirm with them that they use OTN. 
• If you need assistance with finding a consultant, call the OTN Contact Centre at 1-866-454-6861.
• Once a consultant is confirmed, fax the referral form to 1-888-879-2807.
• The Contact Centre will set up the appointment and liaise directly with your patient to provide details and identify the studio closest to their home.
