for COVID-19 symptoms as they were managed before the symptoms became a crisis.<\/li>\r\n<li>Patients learned how to manage COVID-19 symptoms at home and what their oximeter readings meant.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>COPD Heart Failure Patients report that:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Having a clinician available that speaks French makes them feel at ease as it is their primary language.<\/li>\r\n<li>Patients are supported at home and do not need to travel to participate in a COPD Heart Failure monitoring program.<\/li>\r\n<li>Patients reported understanding their symptoms
