Check Camera and Microphone Settings in Safari

If Safari is set as your default browser and you use it to join video visits, you need to ensure that Safari is set to allow the video visit app to use your camera and microphone.

If Safari’s camera and microphone permissions are not set to “Allow” or “Ask”, you will receive a warning message and the video visit app will not be able to use your devices.
