Internet Explorer Browser Not Supported 
for Video Visits

As of March 19, 2020 Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for video visits because Adobe will stop supporting FlashOpens in new window / tab. (Internet Explorer uses Flash to display video.)

You need to use a supported browser to start and join your video visit.

We recommend using the Chrome browser.

If you don't have Chrome installed, download and install it: Chrome downloadOpens in new window / tab, Download instructionsOpens in new window / tab.

If you make Chrome your default browserOpens in new window / tab, you can immediately start your video visit using the Start eVisit button in your invitation.

If Chrome is not your default browser, after you have Chrome installed, follow these steps:

  1. Open your eVisit invitation and right-click the Start eVisit button. In the pop-up menu, select "Copy Hyperlink" (or Copy link address).
  2. Open a Chrome browser.
  3. Click in the Chrome browser's top address bar and paste the link you copied earlier. (Press Ctrl+V or right-click and select "Paste" from the pop-up menu.)
  4. Press Enter. Your video visit will begin.
