Technical Requirements

iOS version	Version 10 or later
Minimum Internet speeds	Upload = 768 Kbps - 1 Mbps per call Download = 5 Mbps
Testing your internet speed	Your email invitation contains a link that enables you to test your Internet connection. Or call your internet service provider (ISP) and ask for a test. Or try speedsmart.net, fast.com, or speedtest.net.

 

Installing the App

1. Open your email invitation and tap the iOS (Apple) link. An "Open in App Store" pop-up appears.
   
2. Tap the Open.
   
3. From the App Store's Pexip Infinity Connect page, tap Get and follow the on-screen prompts.

4. After the install completes, return to your email invitation. (You do not need to open the app – you can start your eVisit or test your connection from your email invitation.)
