Working Together to Deliver Connected Care.

OTN’s Health Care Partners

OTN is one of the largest telemedicine networks in the world. We work with 1,300 health care organizations and more than 8,000 health care providers across Ontario. Our partners span the breadth of health care—from family health teams to home and community care. You’ll find us in every hospital in the province. We also work closely with the province’s LHINs and provincial leaders in virtual care, including eHealth Ontario.

We’re using telemedicine to help our partners across the system solve today’s health care challenges. Together, we’re reducing hospital admissions, transforming primary care and expanding home and community care across Ontario.

How we collaborate with our partners

For more than a decade, we’ve worked with health care partners across the system to develop as well as look for, curate and recommend for use best-in-class innovative telemedicine solutions. Solutions that help make it easier for our partners to deliver patient-centred care more efficiently and effectively. Solutions that are right for Ontario—and right for your organization. Whether you are a health care organization or professional, we’ll help you integrate virtual care in a way that meets your needs. We offer simple and secure tools and services delivered by a partner you can trust.
